At Belta Support Services, our Specialist Supported Independent Living (SIL) program is designed to support people with disability to live as independently as possible while receiving the daily assistance they need. We provide structured, person-centred disability support that promotes choice, dignity, safety, and long-term stability in a supportive home environment.
At Belta Support Services, we provide Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) designed for people with extreme functional impairment or very high support needs. Our SDA services focus on providing safe, accessible, and purpose-built housing that enables participants to live with greater independence while receiving the right level of support.
We work closely with participants, families, and support coordinators to ensure each SDA home meets individual needs, preferences, and long-term goals under the NDIS framework.
What Is Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA)?
Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) is an NDIS-funded housing support for eligible participants who require specially designed living environments. SDA focuses on the physical home, while daily personal support is provided separately through SIL or other disability support services.
SDA housing is built to improve safety, accessibility, and quality of life for participants with complex or high support needs.
