At Belta Support Services, our Specialist Supported Independent Living (SIL) program is designed to support people with disability to live as independently as possible while receiving the daily assistance they need. What Is Specialist Supported Independent Living?
Supported Independent Living (SIL) is an NDIS-funded support that helps participants with everyday tasks while living in a shared or individual accommodation setting. SIL focuses on support services, not the physical property, and is ideal for individuals who need ongoing assistance at home.
At Belta, our specialist SIL supports are tailored to each participant’s needs, goals, and abilities, ensuring the right level of care without limiting independence.
Our SIL Support Services Include
- 24/7 or scheduled daily support
- Personal care assistance (showering, dressing, grooming)
- Medication prompting and supervision
- Support with routines and daily structure
